An AAA Smart Home smoke detector will indicate a low battery at the keypad. In the event of a power outage, the back-up battery will activate and operate your alarm system for several hours. If your system battery is or becomes low, a low-battery signal will be sent to AAA Smart Home monitoring center. Your system will also show a “low battery” indication (e.g., LOW BATT or BATT) on the keypad or frequently beep.
We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen. The device is always offline and I cannot connect it back despite resetting the switch. It also does not help resetting the WiFi.

Nothing in my house has changed; same Wi-Fi, same switches, same phone, same network, everything is the same. The devices worked great right up until the power went out and everything disconnected. When everything came back up, the app only connected to 3 of the switches automatically. I thought “no big deal, I’ll reset and reconnect”. I have 18 devices in my house, the app can’t discover ANY of them. Kasa works great for my TP-link switches, eWeLink and Geeni work great for all the other devices.
